I received a package containing the followimg seven documents, the Australian Financial Review referred to the same documents on 31/08/2007.

1.  Insert.	This was a loose insert without notes or headings.
2.  2007_07_30_to_D'Aloisio	Letter to ASIC Chairman  and the Senate Oversight Committee.
3.  2000_08_23 ASIC to Freehills	Copy of the famous 2000 "Freehills letter".
4.  2005_11_21 Freehills to ASIC	Copy of a previously unknown letter to Jeffrey Lucy, then ASIC Chairman. It is worth reading for its  possible innuendo on ASIC behaviour.
5.  2003 ASIC Presentation	Hard copy of September 2004 Power Point  presentation to  ASIC.
6.  Time Critical Events	Westpoint's view of the time critical events.

2007_12_03_TheWest 2007_12_05_TheWest	The two newspaper clippings and  are just another example of ASIC's incompetence.  ASIC charged Norm Carey's sister, Karen Carey, for not providing reports when they had seized the books two years prior to the Court hearing beggars belief.
Carey_V_Freehills_ASIC	A doument lodged with the court on 03/10/2008 countersuing ASIC. NOTE That document has now been withdrawn because of an error and has been replaced with a new one.
